1. Digital Workshop Purchases
Due to the digital and live nature of our workshops, all registrations are considered final.
Once payment is completed:
Your seat is reserved
Access instructions are shared
Administrative and platform costs are incurred
Therefore, all purchases are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise on the specific sales page.
2. Live Workshop Attendance
If you are unable to attend a live session:
Refunds will not be issued.
If a replay is made available, registered participants may access it for the specified duration.
We encourage participants to ensure availability before registering.
3. Cancellation by Organizer
In the rare event that a workshop is:
Cancelled
Postponed significantly
Unable to be delivered
Participants may be offered:
A rescheduled session
ORA credit toward a future program
ORA full refund (at the organizer’s discretion)
4. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged more than once for the same transaction, please contact us immediately.
Verified duplicate payments will be refunded within a reasonable timeframe.

Internet connectivity issues
Device compatibility problems
User-side technical difficulties
No refunds will be issued due to personal technical challenges.
